Physio offers a modified pilates system developed by the Australian
Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute which is suitable for rehabilitation
in a clinical setting. Individual or small group sessions can be booked
Monday to Friday.
2010 I trained with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute
to become a pilates instructor. 1066 Physio provides physiotherapy
appointments and individual and small group pilates tuition. My experience
as a Chartered Physiotherapist enables me to adapt exercises for participants
with back, neck or joint problems so that they can enjoy mat or equipment
