"In 2010 I trained with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute to become a pilates instructor. 1066 Physio provides physiotherapy appointments and individual and small group pilates tuition. My experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist enables me to adapt exercises for participants with back, neck or joint problems so that they can enjoy mat or equipment pilates and progress at their own level."
